The firm's tax practice includes both the planning and structuring of business and individual transactions and the representation of clients in administrative and judicial proceedings against the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities.

Extensive experience has been developed in the tax aspects of real estate acquisition, development and construction, sales and tax-free exchanges, structuring of partnership and corporate formations and operations, corporate liquidations, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and other types of corporate reorganizations and divisions, tax-exempt corporations and trusts, and the most effective tax structuring of foreign investments in the United States.

The firm's tax practice also covers wills, trusts, and estate and probate planning and administration, as well as employee benefit arrangements including qualified pension and profit sharing plans, non-qualified retirement plan arrangements, stock option plans, and other types of deferred benefits.
