ROBERT
M. RANDOLPH
Personal-Educational
Mr.
Randolph was born in San Antonio, Texas, on June 15, 1936, and graduated
from Lamar High School in Houston, Texas, in 1953. He graduated
from Texas Christian University in 1957 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree
and was a Fulbright Scholar at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt
am Main, Germany, from 1957 to 1958. He graduated from the University
of Texas at Austin in 1961 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. Mr.
Randolph served on active duty in the U.S. Army Intelligence Service
from 1961 to 1963, achieving the rank of First Lieutenant.
Professional
Mr. Randolph is of counsel. He was formerly head of the Litigation
Section of Law, Snakard & Gambill. He was Board Certified
by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Practice.
He has broad experience in the area of business litigation and also
estate and trust litigation.
Service to Community
Mr. Randolph has served on the Board of Trustees of the University
of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee and as chairman of St. Thomas Moore
College in Ft. Worth, Texas.
