Law, Snakard & Gambill has been involved in most of the major real estate transactions in Tarrant County within the last ten years, representing developers, lenders, and individual and institutional investors.  The firm represents several of the largest developers of shopping centers, office buildings, office parks, and residential communities in the Tarrant County area.  The firm is actively engaged in all aspects of real estate law including development and construction lending (representing both lenders and developers), purchase and sale of undeveloped and improved properties, land planning, zoning, land development, leasing, construction, property management, syndications, condominium structuring and conversions, and equity investments.  The firm regularly prepares and negotiates all documentation pertaining to such transactions and has extensive experience in preparing joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, and other forms of ownership documentation.
