LARRY BRACKEN

Personal-Educational
Mr. Bracken was born in Dallas, Texas, on June 8, 1946, and graduated from Red Oak High School in 1964.  He graduated from Baylor University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and graduated from North Texas State University in 1973 with a Master of Business Administration Degree.  He graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1979 with a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree (with Honors).  Mr. Bracken served on active duty with the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1972, achieving the rank of Lieutenant.

Professional
Prior to joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Bracken practiced with and was a partner in the Dallas, Texas, firm of Passman & Jones.
Mr. Bracken's practice is in litigation, primarily in the areas of real estate and land titles, personal injury, and general commercial litigation.  He is an Associate Member of the Texas Land Title Association and has been a guest speaker at legal seminars sponsored by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors and at professional development programs.

Service to Community
Mr. Bracken is a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth and a member of Forum Fort Worth.
