- The firm provides advice and assistance to clients in such matters as reviewing and preparing employee handbooks and employment policies; drug and alcohol abuse programs and testing procedures; ADA and related statutory compliance; record keeping requirements; Executive Order compliance, independent contractor, non-competition and other employment related contracts; workers compensation and non-subscriber matters, and the formulation of affirmative action plans.
- The firm handles civil trials in all state and federal courts, arbitrations, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, unemployment compensation hearings and appeals, and administrative hearings and appeals before state and federal agencies responsible for enforcement of equal employment laws, fair housing laws, wage administration regulations, and occupational safety laws.
