Law, Snakard & Gambill counsels a wide range of health care clients including hospitals and their affiliated real estate, management, and service entities, ambulatory health care facilities, individual physicians and those engaged in group practice, alternative delivery systems, home health agencies, health care joint ventures, and business engaged in the sale of goods and services to the health care industry.

The firm offers advice in connection with the organization, financing, and operation of health care corporations, partnerships, and professional associations, and counsels its clients in other types of business transactions including contracting, tax-exempt financing, real estate and equipment leasing, public and private underwritings, reorganizations, and the sharing of services among various providers.

The firm also has considerable experience in dealing with such matters as credentialing, peer review and other medical staff issues, informed consent, employment concerns, licensing of providers, reporting and record keeping, liability issues, and questions relative to the delivery of health care to indigents.  The firm has negotiated and prepared such diverse agreements as hospital-based contracts, management contracts, service contracts, equipment contracts, leases, employment contracts, medical consulting agreements, and affiliation agreements.
