- Law, Snakard & Gambill represents national and state banks, savings and loan associations, insurance companies, and other institutional lenders. The firm routinely acts as counsel in real estate lending, corporate lending, energy lending, consumer lending, and corporate asset-based lending.
- The firm also represents clients in bank regulatory areas including such matters as bank holding company organization, consumer credit regulations, usury laws, legal lending limit regulations, and other federal and local regulatory areas. Several members of the firm are regularly and actively involved in presenting seminars and writing articles involving the representation of banks, savings and loans, and other financial institutions and the types of lending and regulatory matters with which such institutions are involved.
- The firm is extensively involved in the documentation and implementation of all types of loan transactions and actively represents lenders concerning matters arising in loan work-out and collection transactions.
