DAVID E. LITTMAN

Mr. Littman was born in Denver, Colorado on November 16, 1968, and graduated from Upper St. Clair High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1987. He graduated from the University of Denver in 1991, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1995. Mr. Littman studied corporate law at Southern Methodist University School of Law and received his LL.M. in 1997.

Professional
Mr. Littman joined Law, Snakard & Gambill as an associate in 2004, and engages in commercial litigation with an emphasis on Deceptive Trade Practices, securities arbitration, Uniform Commercial Code disputes, oil, gas and mineral interest disputes, banking matters, products liability, and general business litigation. Mr. Littman also performs transactional work for various corporate entities and is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association. He was selected by Texas Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.  Mr. Littman is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Colorado.
