Mr. Chapman was born in Haskell Texas in 1971. He graduated from Texas Christian University with Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1994 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from The University of Texas School of Law, Austin, Texas in 1996.

Mr. Chapman is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association and Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Chapman is involved primarily in litigation, including civil litigation, labor and employment and general practice.
